(KRON) — San Francisco real estate is notoriously expensive, but exactly how high have home prices climbed? The answer: Up to $32 million.
Real estate website Redfin compiled a list of the top 10 most expensive homes on the market as of Feb. 8.
Coming at number one is a sprawling 11,155-square-foot home in Presidio Heights listed at $32,000,000. The home boasts 10 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and has been on the market for 167 days.
Tying for first place also listed at $32,000,000 is a seven bedroom-eight-bathroom mansion in Pacific Heights. It’s comprised of 11,635 square feet and features high ceilings, a wine cellar and a gym, according to the listing. It has been on the market for 448 days.
