Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has rejiggered its offices across San Francisco and the East Bay, shedding offices on each side of the water. Google is giving hundreds of recently homeless families across the Bay Area $1,000 a month to see if the no-strings-attached payments can help keep a roof over their heads.
