(KRON) — There’s one street in Oakland that is considered the No. 1 most luxurious and coveted place to live in Northern California, according to a new survey conducted by real estate gurus.
Agent Advice, a real estate website, commissioned a survey of 3,000 respondents to create a list of the “Most Coveted Address” in America.
“In cities across the country, certain streets are not just thoroughfares — they are symbols of status and sophistication. These destinations are the epitome of luxury, representing the highest ideals of prestige and privilege,” Agent Advice wrote.
Only two streets in California made it into the top 10: Laurel Way in Beverly Hills and Skyline Boulevard in Oakland.
“Offering panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay Area, Skyline Boulevard features luxury homes nestled in the Oakland Hills, combining privacy, natural beauty, and access to hiking trails and parks,” Agent Advice wrote.
One street in San Francisco, Sea Cliff Avenue, ranked in at No. 13.

1. Casey Key Road in Nokomis, Florida
“Casey Key is a barrier island off the coast of Nokomis, known for its secluded and exclusive beachfront properties. Homes on Casey Key Road often feature private beaches and stunning Gulf or Bay views,” real estate experts wrote.
2. Laurel Way in Beverly Hills, California
“Laurel Way is an exclusive enclave of luxurious estates featuring modern architecture, sprawling grounds, and breathtaking vistas of LA. This street epitomizes the perfect blend of sophistication and seclusion,” experts wrote.
3. Gordon Drive in Naples, Florida

5. N Hillside Drive in Paradise Valley, Arizona
“Renowned for its natural beauty, Hillside Drive in Sedona offers luxury homes with unrivalled views of the region’s iconic red rock formations. The area’s artistic community and the seamless integration of natural elements into architectural designs make it truly unique,” experts wrote.
