1990s pop-rocker Stephan Jenkins, frontman of the hit band Third Eye Blind, is selling his incredible Italianate Victorian in San Francisco for $3.6 million. The 2,875-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home sits on a gorgeous, tree-lined block.

Listing agent Daria Saraf, of Sotheby’s International Realty—San Francisco Brokerage, shares that the home was originally built for a sea captain and his family. Jenkins purchased the property in November 2013 for $2.35 million.
Victorian details

“Almost all the Victorian detail is either intact or has been restored or recreated,” explains Saraf.
She also notes that Jenkins added a new Bulthaup European kitchen with retractable doors that lead out to an ipe-wood deck.

Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms and one smaller room, which could serve as a nursery or an office.

“The hillside-view homes are always many flights of stairs above their yards,” Saraf adds.
